Pintine: Crochet Bag

Pintine crochet bag is an elevated take on the traditional woven baskets they grew up seeing just about everywhere in the Baltics. Inspired by their childhood summer days when they had nowhere to be, just roaming through meadows and picking berries, the textile pattern is developed using the crochet puff stitch technique in a non-conventional way. It's interlaced to replicate the pattern of the braided hair plait and the same method used in traditionally woven baskets.
