Nice visual and sound. Feel not so much

The kettle is visually pleasing and the "whistle" is neat and, importantly, doesn't annoy the dog. I like the larger capacity. The handle gets hot on gas stove unless the kettle is off center on a burner. I haven't found the handle particularly amazing for pouring. It's okay, but feels somewhat awkward for a slightly built person. Suspect Fellow product testers/ designers are larger people, possibly mostly men

Ergonomics are great and looks

Ergonomics are great and looks good sitting out on the stove top. Lid doesn't fit as well as it should. When the kettle boils steam gets directed toward the handle. I've compensated for that by noting where the slight imperfection is and placing it towards the spout. Love the tone vs whistle feature.
